Grooming Consent & Liability Agreement

I understand that severely matted coats may require shaving for my pet's safety and comfort. I understand that removing mats may reveal pre-existing skin conditions, irritation, sores, parasites, or other underlying issues, and that additional grooming fees may apply

I understand that I must disclose any history of aggression, biting, snapping, anxiety, or grooming difficulties. I understand that Nieci's Green Bites Pet Boutique & Spa may stop or refuse grooming services if my pet cannot be safely handled.

I understand that grooming may be stressful for elderly pets, puppies, kittens, or pets with medical conditions."

I authorize Nieci's Green Bites Pet Boutique & Spa to obtain emergency veterinary care if I cannot be reached, and I agree to be responsible for all related expenses.

I understand that grooming involves inherent risks including stress, skin irritation, nail trimming injuries, allergic reactions, exposure of pre-existing conditions, and other risks associated with my pet's age, health, temperament, behavior, matting, or undisclosed medical conditions.

"I have read and agree to the Grooming Consent & Liability Agreement."

I understand that late pick-up fees may apply if I do not pick up my pet within the required time after I am notified that grooming is complete.

I understand that cancellation, no-show, and late cancellation fees may apply according to Nieci's Green Bites Pet Boutique & Spa's policies.

I give permission for photographs of my pet to be used by Nieci's Green Bites Pet Boutique & Spa
