IT ALL STARTED ON A RAINY DAY IN SOUTH CAROLINA.
I realized that my fur babies Kaos and Karma were feeling a bit restless from being in the house for days. I figured the non-stop rain was getting to them and decided to give them treats. To my surprise, they both turned and walked away. Wow!
At that moment, the thought that maybe what I was feeding my fur babies may not be the tastiest, healthiest choice. I started reading exactly what was in those store-bought treats and discovered that they were highly processed and not “treats” at all.
After being diagnosed with a chronic back disease, I changed my own diet to organic, so why not make this same change for my beloved pets! I started trying different combinations of ingredients and finally came upon an organic, (Green) all-natural homemade dog treat recipe. My dogs now run towards the treats instead of running away!
My creation of these vibrant organic treats, full of natural flavors and packed with healthier nutrition, prompted my decision to create Nieci’s Green Bites Pet Treats with one mission: to bring certified USDA Organic All-natural high-quality Dog, Cat, and Horse treats created on “THE RIDGE” for all to enjoy.
